00 - Meet Ups

• Scheduling the meeting with our experts from technical department, to understand and discuss the requirements, working model and suggesting the best suitable solutions to our client.

01 - Wire-framing

• Initiating the wire-framing process of the allotted project.
• Deciding the milestones and timelines, after approval of the wire-frames.

02 - Development

• Development process starts from dividing complex problem in small steps, we call them modules.
• Modules are then assigned to the team according to their expertise.
• Each module goes through the development and testing before becoming a part of your product.

03 - Assembling & Testing

• Modules are now assembled into one working piece of software.
• Testing the software from usability and security perspective.

04 - Deployment

• Deployment starts with making "Beta version" of the product available for on-ground testing with selective users.
• Final stage of deploying production release and provide documentations.
